The buyer receives exclusive rights to the beat. Previous non-exclusive licenses remain valid.

All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products.
You cannot resell, redistribute, or upload the instrumental as your own.
You may not claim ownership of the beat unless an exclusive license is purchased.
Credit to Miasma Beats is appreciated but not required unless specified.
